Owner / Operator Neil Hawkins has been racing for over 20 years. He has raced in many classes from 6.0 to Outlaw 10.5. He is an accomplished driver with numerous wins and is a highly experienced chassis builder. Every car that rolls out of the HRC is built with the highest quality. Neil also has extensive experience in running a drag strip as he headed up "Heads-Up Night" at Lasstier Mountain back during the good ole' days. Recently, a small mishap left Neil with a broken leg and a shattered ankle. While that slowed him down, it did not shut him down as the pictures below illustrate.
